Debra Flics has developed a powerful style of past life regression that focuses on clearing impediments or strengthening talents and gifts in your current life.  To clear an impediment, you will choose one pattern that you would like to change.  Debra will facilitate a process where you may retrieve and clear previously unconscious experiences, memories, images, sounds, and body sensations from a former life that have been standing in your way.  To strengthen a talent, she will assist you in retrieving information from the lifetime in which this talent was predominant so that you may bring forward what was learned at that time.  A past life regression session with Debra will also help you to connect with your own higher intelligence so that you may receive direct guidance from your own soul’s wisdom and love.

Past Life Regression Therapy makes use of a deep trance state in which you are very relaxed but also very alert. While remaining the witness, images, messages, experiences, and guidance may emerge. Allowing these various phenomena to occur while remaining an objective observer is key to the regression experience. Once in trance, the regression session may explore your soul's current purpose, untying karmic knots, contracts and agreements made in past lives that you may want to release or re-commit to, relationship patterns, releasing fears and clearing blocks to your well-being. Each regression has a purpose which is to clear the blocks and experiences that may have occurred in a former lifetime so that you may live more fully in the present. What is fascinating is that you don't even have to have a firm belief in past lives to benefit! With an open heart and mind, the various phenomena that emerge in the trance state can be seen as symbolic of current issues and be healed without having to determine with absolute certainty if they are coming from a past life. Debra Flics trained in hypnosis and past life regression at the Holistic Healing Center.  In addition to her work as a hypnotist, Debra is in the private practice of psychotherapy and has over twenty years of experience in the field.  Debra is a meditation teacher and certified yoga instructor who has taught Insight Meditation at the Downtown Meditation Community, yoga at the Integral Yoga Institute, and  served on the Teachers Council at New York Insight Meditation Center. Debra is a sacred music artist who, as Devirose, has written and performed numerous original songs and chants.  Her most recent cd is “Awake to Love.”
